Summer time for me means sunshine and fresh fruits. What better way to soak up some sun than with some colorful smoothies to help ease the heat? These blueberry smoothies are delicious and can be very good for you!
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 3 cups of milk of choice (I love coconut milk!)
- Optional: sugar to taste

This super easy smoothie recipe allows versatility to accommodate different diets. First you pour 2 cups of frozen berries in a blender. Add the milk and blend. After it becomes frothy at the top of the mixture, add sugar to taste. I personally don’t add sugar, but you can most definitely add as little or as much as you desire!
This recipe is great for a quick treat or make them fancier by adding other fruits and garnishes for parties and events.
